Candidate requirements:

* A commitment to high standards of tuition and reasonable ambitions for your students
* A motivated, positive and vibrant personality that invites children to participate in lessons
* A willingness to join in with school activities and extra-curricular events, enriching the school's partnership with parents and the wider community
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask without compromising the quality of teaching

Candidate responsibilities:

* Delivering engaging and interactive lessons with a focus on problem-solving, creativity, independent learning and discovery
* Overseeing support staff in the classroom, ensuring that appropriate support is being provided where necessary so that no child feels left behind
* Communicating with parents and carers regarding pupils' progress, raising any concerns in a timely and appropriate manner while foregrounding success
* Assisting with extracurricular activities such as school trips, sporting events and clubs, inviting group participation and remaining attuned to children's needs

Helping children to grow and become thoughtful and self-confident learners requires a skilled and passionate individual: if your ethos aligns with the teaching style of this progressive and high-achieving school, don't hesitate to submit your application!
