This over-subscribed popular primary school in the Crawley area is looking for the right person to add to their current passionate KS2 team. They are searching for a flexible person to contribute to the development of every child's independence in a warm and welcoming environment. The schools supportive leadership team works to meet the needs of all of their staff and pupils needs through a nurturing environment. This diverse and inclusive community school currently educates approximately 210 students, including SEN and EAL, and are looking for an experienced KS2 teacher to support across the years. The ideal person will be able to demonstrate initiative when delivering lesson plans, and be adaptable to ensure that they are helping every child in their classroom reach their full potential. They are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong behavioural management skills, making sure that each individual shows positive behaviour in and out of the classroom. They are wanting someone who can support the current team in the safe and stimulating environment to start in December to cover sick leave.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and active lessons that reach every child
- Keep up to date records and marking
- Ensure all teaching supports the schools ethos
- Support the current team with the continued deliver of the curriculum
- Provide and happy and safe environment where the children are able to progress academically and emotionally
- Develop confidence in every child

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Relevant qualifications (QTS, PGCE)
- Previous work experience within KS2
- Understanding of KS2 curriculum
- Up to date DBS on the update service
