job description

To manage the identification and securement of future residential and high quality development opportunities and convert into deliverable projects as defined by the Company Business Plan. Ensure completion of the appropriate processes/ investigations prior to acquisition and obtain the relevant planning permissions to achieve optimum profit levels.

Key responsibilities:



1 Manage the identification of property development and regeneration opportunities, ensuring up to date financial viability assessments for all sites from appraisal to pre-commencement on site.



1 Manage acquisition of sites leading project acquisition from identification, due diligence, production of offer, preparation of funding package, contract, purchase, to achieving planning permission and taking corrective action if appropriate to achieve optimum profit levels.



1 Create a land bank to deliver current and future development objectives.



1 Cultivate productive relationships with land agents, property developers, and land owners to ensure you are at the forefront of development opportunities.



1 Pro-actively identify and pursue partnership opportunities, and assess their suitability.



1 Manage the production of accurate management information reporting to all relevant parties within prescribed timescales using defined Company-wide systems, procedures and processes.
