Land Manager

My client is an established regional business who are actively seeking a land manager to join the head office team. The role will be to focus on the acquisition of sites between 50-250 units in Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex. You will report to the MD directly and must have local existing contacts in the region. You will be responsible for the following;



* Land appraisals
* Enhancement works
* Strategic planning
* joint venture investments with HA's

This role would suit an experienced land manager who has worked in the region previously looking to advance their career and work with one of the leading regional business.
