Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer | London Bridge | £36,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity?

I am currently recruiting for a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a commercial premises near London Bridge carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance duties. You will be the lead within a team of 6.

Duties include: lighting, sockets, wiring, power distribution, fault finding, emergency lighting, control panel maintenance, AHUs/FCUs - filters, cleans, Boiler checks, Chillers checks, fire alarm tests, generator tests.

Due to the contract, you must be on site to complete a generator test every 3rd Sunday - this will be paid as overtime.

Package:



* £36,000 salary
* Days only - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
* Overtime available for an increase in earnings
* Very vast amount of training on offer ie: HV / LV courses and so on
* Company pension

Requirements:



* Experience working in commercial building services
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* Good understanding of mechanical / hvac equipment
* Able to supervise generator tests
