Lead Mechancial Engineer

Are you a hungry and driven Mechanical Engineer with a background in Renewable Energies such as Wind Turbines?

My client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their award winning team. Arguably one the biggest and best in the UK, you will play an integral part of keeping project works on track to maximise profitability and effectiveness of works and staff.


* Management of works to ensure a safe working environment;
* Technical governance & guidance for your plant area;
* Delivery of compliance with legislation and industry best practice;
* Management of Projects;
* Delivery of an effective outage strategy;
* Optimising the maintenance strategy to meet with the needs of our customers / stakeholders;
* Leading root cause analysis and engineering solutions to defects;
* Driving innovation to achieve improvements in plant performance;
* Contract management of strategic suppliers and management of our Contract Strategy;


* £55,000 to £65,000 per annum
* Up to 15% bonus
* Pension
* Holiday
