Learning and Development Advisor

A large successful family-owned private construction and property company is looking for an accomplished Learning & Development Advisor to join their team to help to deliver an L&D Plan for this growing business unit.

Note: The position is a FTC until end December 2018.

The Group L&D team is based out of our Head Office in Leatherhead; however this role will be predominately based out of London with regular travel to UK office/sites.

Responsibilities:

This position requires someone to deliver an already established Learning and Development plan.

This requires someone who is delivery focused and driven with a breadth of learning experience, this will include the ability to project manage, multiple tasks across a number of business areas.

Providing learning and development advice and to enhance business performance across the organisation to deliver successful outcomes.

The role will provide consultancy to the company on all learning and development activities

Liaising with the Group L&D team to ensure interventions are aligned with Group learning, development and talent programmes.

It may include (but is not limited to) advice on designing development activity, engaging and managing external suppliers, new starter induction and e-learning.

Supporting the Development Board, through to ensuring operation efficiency and value for money. It may also include other activities which support the business strategy for 2018.

The successful person will demonstrate proven skills in developing and maintaining good relationships with multiple cross function stakeholders, a passion for learning and development and excellent project management skills.
