The Responsibilities



* Share focus of school leader
* Engaging with pupils and parents
* Supporting the Teacher to deliver creative lessons
* Supporting the students to learn during lessons
* Helping 1-2-1 students to access lessons
* Involvement in extracurricular activities

Requirements



* Qualification at NVQ Lvl 3 or other relevant qualification preferred
* Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 or above (GCSE Grade C or above)
* Ability to innovate in learning experiences.
* Outstanding communication skills.
