The Responsibilities:



* Share focus of school leader
* Engage with pupils and parents
* Support the Teacher to deliver creative lessons
* Support the students with their learning during lessons
* Help 1-2-1 students to access lessons
* Involvement in extracurricular activities

The Requirements:



* Qualification at NVQ Level 3 or other relevant qualification preferred
* Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 or above (GCSE Grade C or above)
* Ability to innovate in learning experiences
* Outstanding communication skills
