Your main task will be supporting students with physical and complex needs to participate in specialised therapy sessions in a residential and educational context. With your support and understanding, you will ensure that each student can progress to the next level of learning in each subject.

Job responsibilities:
- Understand the social, emotional, physical and spiritual development of each student
- Work on a one to one basis with students with complex and physical disabilities
- Ensure that health and safety is prioritised at all times
- Help students to progress to the next level of learning
- Facilitate excellent communication between staff, students and other departments
- Provide support in both education and residential settings

Key Requirements:
- Must have experience with SEN, Education, Care or Nursing
- Maths and English GSCE grades C and above
- Must have own means of transport
- Must be available to work 8 open weekends across the year
