With specialised therapy staff and interactive studies, you will support students with complex needs to participate in fun-filled sessions in education, in their residential settings. In addition, you will ensure that each student can develop their skills in independence and communication.

Job responsibilities:
- Oversee the social, emotional, physical and spiritual development of each student
- Provide excellent communication between staff, students and other departments
- Provide support in both educational and residential settings
- Work on a one-to-one basis with students with complex and physical disabilities
- Ensure that health and safety is enabled at all times
- Help students to progress to the next level of learning

Key requirements:
- Experience within SEN, Education, Care or Nursing
- Own means of transport
- Maths and English GSCEs, C-grade or and above
- Adaptability to different work patterns
