Can you support students to build their social skills? Are you looking for a varied role? Do you have experience in education and care?

Working effectively as a team and on a one to one basis, you will support several students throughout the day with several tasks including learning key life skills, cooking, animal management handling and agricultural studies. If that wasn't enough you will also support the main teacher to help students participate in outdoor educational trips and community visits.

Job responsibilities:
- Participate in all timetabled activities throughout the day
- Flexible in meeting the needs of each student
- Support the main teacher to assist with any preparation classroom based tasks
- Participate in team meetings and training programs
- Work on a one to one or group basis
- Help students to build confidence and motivation
- Work alongside students independent learning plans

Key skills:
- Experience working with Adults or children in education or care
- Must have own means of transport
- Must have experience in personal care
