We are currently recruiting for a conveyancing legal secretary for one of our clients based in Cirencester. This is a full time temporary role, starting mid December up until the end of January 2020 (possibly longer). This company does operate a Christmas shut down so you will not be working from Christmas Eve until the 2nd of January 2020. Your usual working hours will be Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30....

As a legal secretary you will be supporting a very busy conveyancing solicitor, your responsibilities will include;
*Preparing documents
*General administration
*Data entry
*Copying and filing
*Answering calls and emails
*Handling general enquiries
*Taking messages
*Booking appointments and managing diaries
*Other duties as required
Skills and experience you will need;
*Conveyancing secretarial experience is essential
*Strong administration skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Good level of IT literacy
*Ability to multi task
*Fast and accurate audio typing
*Highly organised
*Ability to work on own initiative
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to adhere to strong confidentiality regulations
