We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Letting Assistant to join a successful family run business in MalvernPermanent role£20,000 - £21,000 pro rotaPart-time 15 - 25 hours (must include hours every other Saturday)
Due to Covid-19 within this role you will be predominantly working from home but will be expected to go into the office a couple of times a week.
Responsibilities The successful candidate will be assisting with all aspects of administration.The role consists of prioritising work from lettings and salesTenancy Agreement administrationTenant Vetting and Credit ChecksLandlord, Tenant and Property Data inputLiaising and assisting with the maintenance team about weekly property issues and repairsEnsuring all rental payments are made on time.Liaising with tenants and sub agentsContract preparationProviding excellent customer service, liaising effectively with customers and other services on potential offers of propertyOrganising Gas Safety checks
Requirements Experience as a Lettings Assistant/ Administrator is essential Proven ability to prioritise work effectively is importantExcellent customer service, providing effective communication to all people at all levelsBe efficient, thorough and well organisedMeticulous attention to detailMust have professional manner and follow office conduct.Excellent telephone mannerMust have a clean driving licence and own car
