Have you worked in lettings and looking for a new challenge or step up in your career? Are you able to demonstrate success in working with in the fast paced property industry?

I am working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator to join an established, independent lettings agents centrally based in Swindon. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious negotiator to join the team to assist in all aspects of lettings. You will be the face of the business and the first person potential clients speak and meet with, so a professional and personable attitude and appearance is necessary. This will be a permanent opportunity, with an immediate start ideally. This role is full-time, Monday - Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis, paying £19,000-£22,000 + commission.

You will cover all aspects of lettings, your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Property viewings
*Advertising and marketing of properties and promos for new business
*Handling telephone and email queries and applications
*Lettings Administration
*Manage new and current property portfolio
*Everyday maintenance and property repairs
*Conduct move in and exits and property inspections
*Maintain database

To ensure you are right for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate:
*Previous lettings experience
*Extremely professional and personable in appearance and personality
*Fantastic communication skills on a face to face and telephone basis
*High attention to detail
*Car owner, with full driving license
*Successful working as part of a team and as an individual
*Driven by success
*Able to priortise and manage a busy workload
