A focused and dynamic Primary School in Fleetwood is searching for a trained Teaching Assistant who is confident and experienced to support their two-year-olds in an in-school nursery setting.

This setting understands the importance of providing a range of opportunities for children to thrive, and needs you to create a safe environment in order to engage young minds!

You will have a supportive team around you and a group of children who love to learn. You must be proactive and keen to develop within the EYFS framework, providing consistent care and coming up with creative ideas for outdoor play.

The role will include:

* Supporting pupils in early years and foundation stages
* Providing early years support to a high standard
* Liaising with parents
* Working with the wider school where needed
* Managing behaviour in line with the school's policies
* Being enthusiastic and proactive at all times
* Ensuring the effective safeguarding of each child


* Recent experience of working with young children
* Recent experience of working in a Primary School context
* Confidence to work with key children in a small group
* A commitment to developing your support style
* Certification as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant (as a minimum)
