I am looking for a Senior Project Lead on a £50million + PRS Scheme in Central Birmingham. This is running until 2023 and the client is a Tier 1 contractor who is looking for an established Project Manager who has worked on similar projects. To fulfull the role, you must have had high rise experience on over 20 storey high rise multiroom projects. The role As a Project Manager you will take full responsibility for the overall delivery of a large construction project. You will be expected to successfully manage a full site team including:Site Managers Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Design Managers.
