Responsibilities:Shipping product to customersTransport booking and forecastingPutting stock away in the warehouse and other warehouse dutiesScheduling saw, paint , heat treat, plasma and subcontractors- using ExcelCovering holidays and absence in the shipping technician roleProduction recording in MFG PRO system and reconciliation of errors found and filing and archiving of documentationDaily updating of Shipping performance fileCommunication with suppliers and ordering of consumables ( pallets, bags etc)Bill of Material auditsInventory cycle counting and stock accuracy reportingCorrecting stock and reconciling on MFG PRO systemManagement of certificates of shipmentContribution to CI processContinuous review and improvement of std workRecording and reporting of manufacturing schedule adherence and reportingPurchase order receipt on MFG PRO system and update of steel call in and delivery performance file5S responsibility to support the supply chain areasScrap reporting to MFG PRO systemExcel and Word useData cleansingOther duties as detailed by Team Leader or Manager
