Mail Room Operative - Immediate start - DBS required £8.21p/h

Fawley Refinery, Hampshire SO45

* Monday - Friday 07.30am to 16.00pm
* Salary £8 per hour (Under 25) £8.21 over 25 - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company
* On site parking
* Long term secure work
* Immediate start

Your responsibilities include:

* Manuel handling - Some heavy lifting involved
* Sort, collate and distribute all incoming Mail and courier into bundles for scanning or delivery to agreed drop off points as appropriate in accordance with Service Level Agreements Log and record all mail transactions on appropriate spread sheets. Preparation, inputting and naming of mail for scanning and uploading into document management system or shared drive as appropriate
* Ensure that high priority incoming and outgoing mail is processed in accordance with its priority Collect all outgoing mail from mail points for collection, and collate and frank mail for collection by agreed deadline
