Maintenance Electrician - Commercial Office Maintenance - Central London - £16-18ph

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. My client is looking for two Maintenance Electricians to be based in a blue chip commercial building in Central London (Victoria). The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a commercial office. This is a temporary position however, depending on quality of work, our client may be willing to take the sucessful candidate on to become a permenant member of the team.

Working with the small maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance on site. This may include duties such as:

* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Pumps
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
* Cooling Towers

Hours of work

Monday to Friday: 19:00-07:00am or Nights-19:00-07:00


* Electrical - City & Guilds, Apprenticeship, 17th Edition
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled Engineer
* Good communication skills
* Able to attend "Call out" which is 1-3 weeks
* Full driving license or able to get to site with 2 hours
