Commercial Maintenance Electrician- Blue Chip Commercial Office - Central London - Hourly Rate Up To £17:00 Per Hour- Start Immediately

Fantastic opportunity to work in house for an established FM service provider. He or she will work in a blue chip commercial office in Central London.

I am currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician on a short term basis (4-6 weeks). The successful candidate will be working with the existing Facilities Management Team.

The duties on-site, will mainly consist of planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, plumbing and mechanical tasks.

In return the company offer an attractive, competitively hourly rate paying Up To £16:00 Per Hour.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00 (45 Hour Week)

Weekend/Overtime will be required, overtime rates will be applicable.

Requirements



* Electrically qualified (Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ, 17th Edition).
* Previous experience working in a commercial environment.
* Available immediately, or can start at short notice.
* Good communication skills.
* Multi-skilled.
