Commercial Maintenance Electrician - (Days Only) - Hospital - South West London - Hourly Rate Up To £18:00 Per Hour/ £38,000 - Start Immediately

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. My client is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to be based in a critical building in London (SW). The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a temporary to permanent position, which pays an hourly rate up to £18.00 per hour or up to £38,000 a year.

Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;

* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's
* Pumps, Motors
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

Hours of work

4 on 4 off (Days only) - 08:00am - 20:00pm


* Electrical- City & Guilds, Apprenticeship, 17th/18th Edition
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills

Highly desirable (Not essential)

* Any further qualifications (i.e. Mechanical or Air Conditioning etc)
* Hospital Experience
