We are currently recruiting numerous Maintenance Engineers to join a well established and renowned building services organisation on one of their long term contracts in Colchester. As a leading maintenance provider the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.
The successful engineers will work as part of a large maintenance team, covering building services planned and reactive maintenance, holding a qualification in either electrical, mechanical, plumbing or air conditioning.
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday

- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- BMS Operation
- Fabric works
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- City and Guilds qualifications (Plumbing / Mechanical / Air Conditioning / Electrical)
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Very Client facing
