Mobile Fabric Engineer / Maintenance Operative - London & M25 - up to £25K + Van

Our client is a leading Property management provider in the UK with a number of high profile contracts commercial and domestic properties across the country, ranging from large to small properties that maybe in use or maybe vacant properties that need to be made secure.

They currently require 2 full-time Mobile Maintenance operatives / Multi-traders to work on a mobile basis working across London and the South East. The candidate will have experience in multi-trade or similar property maintenance positions.

You will be working across a number of sites across London carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of different sites.

The main role of the successful candidate will be general building maintenance and all types of fabric work such as tiling fixing doors, locks, fixing windows, Ground works, painting, carpentry, plumbing, floor tiles, basic electrical and mechanical duties ect.

Hours of work

Monday - Friday - 8am to 5pm - Mobile

Requirements



* Experience in building/property maintenance
* Mobile fabric experience
* Multi-Trade background would be ideal
* Client facing and enthusiastic person
* UK drivers licence
