Maintenance Planning Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Maintenance Planning Analyst based in a Housing Association in South East London.

Post: Maintenance Planning Analyst

Rate: Starting from £27,000 per annum depending on experience

12 months fixed term contract

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planning Analyst to be responsible for managing the association's asset management data base Keystone for the purposes of stock data collection, maintenance planning and reporting.

The main duties of the role are as followings;



* Contribute to the Maintenance Strategy team's day to day activities, driving best practice whilst setting an example in delivering excellent customer service.
* To electronically administrate planned maintenance projects within the Asset Management system in conjunction with the Planning and Systems Manager, preparing and presenting reports as required.
* Collaborate with departmental colleagues and those within the wider group regarding the preparation and dissemination of work programmes and the overall management of the asset management data base.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* To be one of the Trusts asset management data base "Super-Users" being fully converse on it's functionality, being able to provide support, guidance and training as required by keeping self up to date on its use and providing any necessary training as required.
* Ensure H&S, regulatory, legal & governance compliance for areas under the job holder's control.

Requirements



* Advanced Excel skills e.g. filtering, pivot tables, V-Lookups and formulae.
* General knowledge of the Governments Decent Homes Standard.
* Computer literate with a good proven competency in asset management data management systems and MS office including MS project.
* Excellent analytical and data reporting skills, able to interpret, quantify and summarise information with a high level of accuracy and present data for both internal and external audiences.
* Experience of data administration, management interpretation and change control processes.
