Maintenance Plumber

Are you are looking for an exciting new role to further your career and build on your knowledge? Then we have the role for you! We are looking to recruit a Maintenance plumber for a big commercial building in the Manchester. This role is initially a contract basis but can lead to more opportunities in the future or even a permanent role.

The role

My client is looking for a multi - skilled Plumber, ideally with an NVQ or City & Guilds. Some of the day to day tasks you will be carrying out are all the reactive and planned Plumbing repairs, small planned project maintenance. The ideal candidate will come from a maintenance background.

Qualifications and Key Skills



* NVQ - Plumbing, minimum level 3
* City & Guilds
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work as part of a team and individually
* Time management skills

The Maintenance Plumber will be required to carry out:



* Repairs in accordance with the current regulations and legislation
* Unvented hot water systems check
* Water sampling
* Read drawings, and figures to understand layout of water supplies, waste, and venting systems
* Management of water management records
* Water system improvements
* Planned and responsive maintenance work around the building.

Pay rate

£16 per hour
