Maintenance Plumber | West London (Central Middlesex) | Up to £35,000

Are you an experienced Plumber looking for a new opportunity? Are you interested in working for a smaller, family run contractor where you will personally know the directors? Do you want to work in an extremely high end premises near Pimlico?

I am currently recruiting for a Heating / Plumbing Engineer to join a small team of 3.

Main duties will include servicing of HIU units within the building for around 900 units, Water leaks, as well as other basic plumbing / building services duties.

Package:



* £35,000 basic salary
* Days only - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
* Overtime available for an increase in earnings
* Company pension
* 22 days + 8 bank holidays

Requirements:



* Experience working in commercial building services
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* Experience working on HIU's
