Maintenance Supervisor - Leading M&E Service Provider - London - 45K

One of the leading maintenance contractors are currently looking to recruit a Site Maintenance Supervisor to work at an exciting contract based in Central London.

They cover all tenants on the contract and the client expects a very high level of service delivery.

The role will be looking after a team of six engineers and will be responsible for all day to day maintenance activities on site.

This will include, but is not limited to managing the planned and reactive maintenance schedules, attending client meetings, compiling reports, supervision of staff and managing sub-contractors.

The role will be working Monday to Friday, day shift and the hours are 8-5 and there will also be overtime and weekend work available as and when required.

The site is a busy site that requires an ambitious supervisor who in emergencies is happy on the tools or dealing with paperwork.

The package is:

* Salary up to 45k based on experience
* 23 days holiday
* Pension

* Progression

Applicants for the role must be able to meet the following criteria:

* Fully electrically or mechanically qualified to C&G Level
* Ideally HV authorised (previous experience is also acceptable)
* Experience of working around critical systems and plant
* Experience of managing staff
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong compliance and health and safety understanding
* Experience or working in a high rise blue chip commercial office environment
