job description

Looking for an experienced Supervisor with vast knowledge of building maintenance, with previous works being involved in large commercial projects.

The role will require the successful candidate to have experience in managing a team on the ground, as well as being diligent with paperwork and implementing correct procedures.

Key attributes:



* Accountable to the Site Services Manager.
* Must be able to communicate at all levels with the client.
* Must be able to communicate at all levels with the various differing businesses and customers. To manage all aspects of additional work requests which are outside the scope of the
* Planned Preventative Maintenance and Breakdown contracts but should include remedial work and life-cycle replacement.
* To manage the Request for Information forms and respond within the agreed SLA's.
* To provide various reports on the current status of additional works and projects as required.
* To ensure that all financial aspects of the project are proactively met and produce monthly reports at the end of each month.

There is a 2 stage interview process with this position.
