Maintenance Supervisor

£30,000 - £33,000 + Package - Static Site based role in central Liverpool.

The Client -
One of the largest Facilities Management contractors in the UK are looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to cover a historical and flagship site on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities -
The successful candidate will be based within the Liverpool or surrounding areas and on a daily basis be undertaking thorough checks on this large commercial contract with small maintenance works around the site.
- Mechanical background
- Some Fabric Repairs
- Reactive Works
- Fault Finding
- Diagnosis

Required:
- 17th Edition OR Mechanical Qualification OR Maintenance Supervisory background
- Experience working within the maintenance sector managing people.
