Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician? Looking for your next permanent position within the Coventry area?

Our client is one the UK's leading providers in Facilities Management, working with some of the UK's most influential businesses, providing reactive and PPM.

The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with the day to day maintenance and to carry out other works to which the post holder is trained.

Responsibilities:



* Carry out day to day minor repairs and inspections and assist the maintenance craftsperson's to complete their task in their own area of responsibility
* To assist during inclement weather to load the gritter, and assist with the gritting where possible in and around the roadways and footpaths.
* Required to carry out other tasks as requested by the Supervisors and Managers.
* Able to work from steps, scaffolding and other heights
* Assist in running the waste compactor and clinical waste system. Which will involve working alternate weekends
* participate in additional training based on the specific needs of the post holder to maximise their knowledge to ensure that the service level requirements of the organisation are achieved
* carry out any other duties deemed to be reasonable by the Supervisor

Requirements:



* 17th edition qualifications required
* 2 years relevant experience required
