We are partnering with one the word's leading reading charities in their search for a Management Accountant. This is a 6 month FTC with some scope to go on for longer, and this is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation adding exceptional value into the community. What you will do:
As a Management Accountant, your main responsibility will involve working with the Operations team to shape and establish new accounting flows for purchase to-pay and stock-to-shipment based on Standard Costing principles with Sales Bill-of-Materials, which are simple for finance and operational staff to understand and maintain.
You will also ensure the continued timely and accurate processing of financial data on the accounting system, in particular, recognition of liability for receipts of goods and services, and the timely payment of suppliers in accordance to appropriate authorisations.
