    If the answer is "Yes" to the above, Hatfield Constabulary are looking for someone like you to join the team. We have a fixed term MARAC Coordinator role available within Hatfield Constabulary. Main purpose of the role is to bring together agencies to ensure that local systems are truly keeping survivors safe, holding perpetrators to account, and preventing domestic abuse.

    Role: MARAC Coordinator

    Location: Hatfield Police Station

    Rate: £11.71 per hour

    Contract length: Until 31/07/2023

    Shift Patterns: 37 hours per week

    Responsibilities:

    • Produce data, reports, evaluations and undertake research, as requested and directed by the Programme Manager
    • To liaise and coordinate with all key local agencies to establish the terms of reference of the MARAC
    • To maintain an action list following each meeting to ensure they are completed within the target time
    • Providing administrative support to Police officers and Senior Management
    • To develop and maintain the necessary documentation to ensure the smooth running of the MARAC
    • Ensure that the relevant data is collected so that the outputs and outcomes from MARAC can be recorded and submitted quarterly to inform performance figures

    Essential requirements:

    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Ability and experience operating office equipment
    • Experienced in administration
    • Experience with MS Office
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work on your own initiative
    • Attention to detail
