Are you looking for an opportunity to move into a Site Management role within a housing developer? Or, have you spent your career in construction and now looking for a stress free role? I have a unique opportunity to work as a Materials Controller for the fastest growing house builder in the country...

The successful applicant will work with the Project Manager and Site Manager, who are leading an interesting design lead scheme near Redhill.

The responsibilities include;



* Looking at drawings and working with the Management team to schedule and call off materials required on site
* Daily use of bespoke in-house software package to manage material levels
* Arranging the hiring and maintenance of plant and machinery
* Planning the logistics of moving materials around site
* Waste Management planning, liaising with external contractors
* Managing stores, including stock takes and quality checks on deliveries
* Supporting the Site Management team by coordinating sub contractors and snagging properties when required

To be considered for the role you must be IT Literate, have a desire to work as part of the Site Management team, have good building product knowledge that you would have gained working for a contractor, developer or builders merchants.
