Do you have experience in teaching both KS3 and KS4 maths? Or are you looking to complete your NQT year in a school that offers amazing opportunities to develop your skills? If this sounds like you then please read further.

An exciting opportunity has just become available for a September start for a Mathematics teacher in a secondary school in the Wrexham area. The school is looking for the right candidate to join the Maths department and influence the teaching and learning styles, as well as finding a way that makes Maths fun and inclusive in a way that achieves results.

What the school will require from you:

* Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education
* Be an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students
* Be able to provide sufficient references from your school placements
* Have excellent organisational and communication skills, with an eye for detail
* Exude a passion for learning and a driving ambition for every learner to progress
* Creative approach to teaching as well as being flexible and adaptable

The ideal candidate will:

* To plan and deliver schemes of work that meets the requirements of KS3/4
* To maintain excellent behaviour management and follow the schools policies
* Hold recognised UK teaching qualifications
* Have a friendly, flexible approach to working in a supportive department

* You will need to be a registered member of the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
