M&E CAD Technician - Sittingbourne - £25,000 to £35,000 per annum - 01622 357 230

Do you want to work within a growing design division of a successful design and build contractor?

Have you experience working on New Build residential projects?

Based in a central Location within Kent with great travel links, my client are looking to expand their established design team with an M&E CAD Technician.

You will work under a vibrant and driven M&E Design Manager to help deliver design and build packages to the New Build Residential sector.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to develop into a BIM Technician with training on Revit and other 3D software potentially on offer for the right candidate.

Duties for an M&E CAD Technician:

* Pre-conceptial design drawings
* Amending engineering specification drawings under the supervision of the design manager
* Check/produce drawings for MEP package in accordance to construction programme
* Responsible for making changes to existing drawings by using Design Manager's markup
* M&E drawing co-ordination
* Working with the Document controller to ensure commented drawings and revised drawings are on the Projects Sharepoint platform and by the Design Manager's discretion.
* As Builts
* Design Review meetings

* Starting salary of between £25,000 to £35,000 per annum
