Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an M&E Coordinator, where the successful candidate will be a key member of the construction team at the allocated projects in the Northwest to undertake reviews of building services designs and installations.

Key Responsibilities:



* Ability to translate and understand the significance of specific performance requirements as desired by the client/statutory authority.
* Give advice to the construction team.
* Technical, Commercial, Planning and Co-ordination.
* Control of M & E installations.
* Control of commissioning processes.
* Input into procurement of M & E sub-contractor.
* Tender input and client presentation.

Experience and Qualifications:

Applicants will need extensive experience in a similar role with a sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing services, utilities and the commissioning process on a variety of construction projects with secondary schools or tertiary education experience or its equivalent.
