M&E Manager

Are you an M&E Manager looking for a new role in Central London?

My client has revenues of over £2 billion with the view to grow & develop even more. They make a massive contribution to meeting the demand for new homes in the private and affordable home sectors and renewing areas. They purely focus on residential projects.

Responsibilities:



* Manage the design and installation of the M&E Packages for several projects.
* Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.
* Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.
* Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.
* Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.

Required:



* Experience working for a Main Contractor is favourable but not essential.
* Construction Management Certificates are essential including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Experience in the tender process of projects is essential due to the current stage of the build of some projects.
