Job Title: M&E Manager

Salary: £80,000 basic salary (with additional company benefits)

Location: Central London

The Company

My client is an extremely reputable leading Tier 1 main contractor, with a history dating back over 100 years. The business has delivered many of the UK's key landmarks & iconic structures; which has placed them at the heart of the UK construction industry. The company are seeking a M&E Manager to join the long standing building services team; while working between office and site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Manager/ Building services Manager to progress their career with a true market leader.

The Job Role

As M&E Manager you will be responsible for:

* The full mechanical, electrical operational & financial process
* Tender presentations
* Overseeing developments through the full project lifecycle
* Managing & motivating the project team
* Ensuring a strong working relationship is built with the client, consultant & contractors.

The Remuneration Package

Should you be successful in your application; you can expect to receive the following salary & benefits:

* A basic salary of up to £80,000
