M&E Manager

I am seeking a mechanically biased M&E manager with residential experience to work on a new build residential scheme in South West London!
Responsibilities:
Manage the design and installation of the M&E Packages for several projects.Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications. Also to look at commissioning.Required:
Experience working for a developer Experience working within the Residential sectorConstruction Management Certificates are essential including CSCS, SMSTS and First AidExperience in the tender process of projects is essential due to the current stage of the build of some projectsBenefits:
