** M&E MANAGER - SW LONDON **

My client is a Main contractor who is seeking an M&E Manager to be based on one of their projects in SW London. This a freelance role which will continue for around 12 months.

Responsibilities:



* Manage the installation of the M&E Package.
* Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.
* Reporting to a Senior Construction Manager
* Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.
* Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.
* Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.

Essential Requirements:



* Mechanically OR electrically biased
* Construction Management Certificates including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Commercially aware
* Client facing
