job description

Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for an M&E Package Manager to work on a station upgrade in North London.

6 month contract but has the potential to be extended following good performance. You will be responsible for managing £2million worth of M&E.

Roles and Responsibilities:



* Technically competent in either mechanical or electrical
* Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times including liaising with our Health and Safety manager from pre construction through to handover.
* Track record of working on rail and tunnel projects
* Progress reporting
* Assisting in the review of risk assessments and method statements
* Deliver toolbox talks and start of shift briefings to operatives
* Attend/Chair all internal meetings related to works being undertaken
* Keep records of daily operations, produce daily records
* Co-Ordination of the mechanical and electrical contractors, including any specialist sub-contractors.
* Inspect and snag the subcontractors works

Candidate Requirements:



* ECS / CSCS card
* Proven track record of working with tier 1 main contractors
* Mechanically or Electrically bias
