job description

M&E Technical Services Manager

Are you a Technical Services Manager looking to work for one of the largest Main Contractors in London?

If so, my client is looking for an ambitious TSM to join their team and run major projects in Central London.

Commercial and Residential experience is needed for this particular role.

Ideally my client is looking for a mechanically biased candidate.

My client is working on some of the most prestigious projects in London at the moment. They are all about progression and have a hard working atmosphere.

If you think you have the right experience for this sort of role I am very keen on seeing your CV and having a chat about your past employment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the design and installation of the M&E Packages for this project.
* Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.
* Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.
* Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.
* Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.

* Residential Experience required.

Very competitive salary on offer for the right candidate.
