Mechanical Buyer

Are you an ambitious and career driven Buyer with experience in Mechanical Building Services?

Experienced in procuring for sub-contracted packages on Residential projects?

My client are a well established Mechanical Building Services Contractor based in the heart of Medway. They are looking to expand their already strong commercial team with a new Mechanical Buyer.

Day to day, you will expected to procure the necessary materials for sub-contracted packages, place orders with suppliers and draw up contracts before handing over to the Surveying department.

Your duties will include:



* Sourcing Mechanical materials on a project by project basis
* Negotiate and source better prices for materials
* Liaise with the Project team during live projects for ad-hoc materials
* Create contracts for handover to Surveyors

You will receive:



* A salary of between £30,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE
