Mechanical Construction Manager

Are you ready to take the next step up in your career for a leading M&E contractor?

If so, a client of mine are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager for a £50 + million project in Central London.

My client is a tier one M&E contractor who mainly specialise in the Fit-Out sector. Their experience ranges from projects with a value in excess of £50 Million to small works contracts ranging from £100k to £1 million.

You will need to have commercial fit out experience to be considered for this role.

As Mechanical Construction Manager you will be responsible for the following:


* Overseeing the full Mechanical package from procurement stage through to final account
* Ensure the site team are fully briefed regarding programme & budget requirements
* Ensure method statements are in place for all activities being undertaken
* Regularly communicate with both the client and subcontractors as well as attending weekly progress meetings
* Overseeing all H&S related documentation
* Arrange testing witnessing & sign offs
* Involved with final accounts and project handover.
