** URGENT VACANCY - IMMEDIATE START **

Are you an Mechanical Construction Manager keen to get involved on an exciting long term project? Do you have extensive experience working on Residential projects? If so, continue reading as I am currently recruiting for an Mechanical Construction Manager to work on a Residential project in London for 12 months.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



* Technically competent in either mechanical
* Track record of working on Residential projects
* Can assist in the production / review of risk assessments and method statements
* Can confidently deliver risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks and start of shift briefings to operatives
* Excellent man management and communication skills
* Carry out inspection and audit reviews
* Keep records of daily operations, produce daily records

Candidate Requirements:



* Extensive Residential experience is essential
* CSCS card
* Mechanical background
* SSSTS or SMSTS
