Mechanical Contracts Manager - Brighton - £40,000 to £50,000 plus package - 01622 357 230

Are you a progressively minded Mechanical Contracts Manager based in the Brighton area?

Do you want to work on landmark, local projects?

My client are a well established M&E contractor that are looking to grow their thriving Mechanical Division with a capable and proven Mechanical Contracts Manager.

You will work on a mix of New Build and Refurbishment projects across the Sussex region, valued up to about £3 million.

Duties of a Mechanical Contracts Manager:



* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
