Mechanical Contracts Manager - Dartford - £45,000 to £55,000 per annum - 01622 357 230

A Mechanical Contracts Manager is required for an M&E Contractor in the North of Kent. This role has come about through growth, and so you will be working alongside the Managing Director to oversee the Mechanical aspects of projects valued up to £1 million.

The business turn over has grown steadily over the past 5 years, reaching around £3.5 million last year and plans to continue growth and a consistent rate; meaning this role will offer you a great opportunity to grow your skills and eventually take a lead role within the company.

A breakdown of what will be expected of you as a Mechanical Contracts Manager:

* Pricing / Estimating knowledge
* Experience using Program management systems such as Microsoft Project
* Client facing duties
* Run Progress meetings
* Report back to Managing Director
* Value Engineering
* Commercial knowledge for Variations
* Sub-Contractor / Labour Management
