Mechanical Estimator - Brentwood - £50,000 to £60,000 - 01622 357 230

Are you a motivated Mechanical Estimator with experience working on Residential Projects?

Do you want to work within a well established, respected M&E Contractor on landmark projects across London?

My client deliver large scale Mechanical packages to New Build Residential projects across London from their Brentwood offices.

You will join a strong Commercial team looking to build further on the successes of 2018 through competitive tenders for some of the best known residential developers in London.

Duties for a Mechanical Estimator:

* Take offs
* Attend pre-tender meetings
* Review tenders
* Liaise with the Procurement team
* Engage with Sub-contractors / suppliers to attain best prices
* Work with Project Managers to ensure projects are profitable
* Create imaginative engineering solutions to maximise profitability

Package for a Mechanical Estimator:
