Mechanical Estimator

Are you based in South West London? Do you have experience working on high end bespoke projects?

I am currently working with a leading contractor who is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to develop their estimating department. They have running for just over 25 years and have a turnover of circa £100 million. They are a fit out specialist contractor who have a reputation for the quality of their work.

Duties



* Submission of Mechanical Tenders
* Ensuring all deadlines are met
* Liaising with clients & contractors
* Variations
* Procurement
* Finalise tender bids
* Secure contracts
* Handovers
* Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations
* Measuring and take offs for materials and labour

Candidate requirements:



* Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and projects
* Strong communication skills
* Experience working within an M&E contractor or main contractor
